Overview: Designed and executed a targeted direct mail campaign for Brown University to engage alumni and promote giving on Pay It Forward Day. The campaign required a strategic blend of visual appeal, call to action, and functional design to drive response and reinforce Brown’s prestigious brand.

  • Led creative concept development with Advancement staff to tailor messaging to segmented alumni groups.

  • Utilized Brown’s visual identity system to create elegant, recognizable materials that honored tradition while maintaining a modern look and feel.

  • Coordinated with print vendors to ensure high-quality output, budget adherence, and timely delivery.

  • Incorporated variable data elements for personalized outreach to maximize engagement and ROI.


Result: The campaign achieved above-average response rates and boosted alumni engagement and donation participation.
