My path has always been about connection. For over two decades, I’ve worked in the creative world as a graphic designer, storyteller, and brand builder. But behind the scenes, spirit was always calling—through dreams, signs, deep knowings, and a quiet voice that whispered, “There’s more.”

Answering that call led me into the world of energy work, mediumship, and spiritual development. I trained with trusted teachers, honed my intuitive gifts, and began offering sessions that blended grounding with guidance, clarity with compassion.

Today, I hold space for others to reconnect—with their inner wisdom, with loved ones in spirit, and with their own light. Whether through a private mediumship session, a chakra meditation, or a paintbrush in hand during one of our creative events, my mission is simple: To help you remember who you are—and to remind you that you're never alone on your journey.

When I’m not working, you can find me wandering the shores of Plymouth, collecting beach treasures, listening to music, or baking my family recipes. I love music, singing in the car, live music, and dancing. I think music and cooking can open a box of memories and love. ​
