Overview: ACA Compliance’s Annual Conference is a flagship event that brings together industry leaders to discuss key trends in compliance, risk, and performance. The goal of this project was to create a cohesive visual experience across all event materials that reflected the company’s authority and professionalism while fostering engagement and connection.
Scope: This project included the full suite of event branding—designing everything from stage graphics and signage to agendas, name badges, presentation templates, and digital promotions. Consistency, clarity, and premium design execution were essential to elevate the event’s visual identity and attendee experience.
Key Contributions:
Led the design and art direction for all event branding and materials, ensuring a cohesive visual system.
Designed keynote stage graphics, breakout session signage, and branded wayfinding elements.
Created attendee materials including printed programs, lanyards, and digital assets.
Developed visual themes that tied back to ACA’s brand identity while giving the conference its own distinctive look.
Collaborated with events, marketing, and production teams to deliver high-quality assets on deadline.
